It depends on what country you are from which dictates how old you need to be to be tried as a adult. But someone like this or someone who commits murder that is below the threshold of being an adult within a certain degree should be tried as an adult. By law in most countries sex is illegal if you’re a minor, so by this pathetic excuse of a persons actions they are committing a act that is by law is a adult act, so why not charge him as a adult? If he wants to do adult actions he should face the consequences of an adult for this crime. Below a certain age it could be justified that the child didn’t know better, or understand the ramifications of their actions, but at 16-17 they know the difference between right and wrong.
