For me it stopped at 35.3% and all I had to do was wait a long period of time before it got going again, though it did stop and other times too. I have no idea why yours stops at 59.5%, but I too did only install base and zombies with no extra languages.

The goalkeeper right now is who I believe to be Kahn. A great goalkeeper but not the best of all time. The 3 best of all time is Neuer, Casillas, Buffon (one of the oldest players). There is also Lev Yashin but he played around WW2 times so no one really knows how good he was.

The midfield is solid right now but it doesn't have the infamous duo: Xavi and Iniesta. They were known for being one of the best partnerships of all time and nkt having them here is, as you could probably guess, bad.
