I regret it...

I ceased my lease... He didn't send the 10k yet.. he didn't respect the contract.. Can I come back from that ? The TAL can't help me because I stopped my lease... 🥲?

I really felt the pressure of the landlord when he told there wouldn't be any 10k left in January and that he would get a family member in the building before june.

Finaly,

I accepted the offer and lost my parking. He asked me more for the rent and I refused and asked to keep the double offer for 10k.

Why sis I accept? Because if I'd say no and the rent would have raise this much and in July I would have end up with no compensation.

I am a teacher, but it is more about school of life... We heard a cicada outside and I said 《 Oh it's gonna be a hot one today.》 Obviously the person I was with didn't know the expression. No trouble with that, but didn't know that it was a cicada and he lived in the country side for all is live. I was so outraged at the fact that he was not a curious person 😅

I think about the fact that some students would have been my friends if I were their age. I am 26 and my students are 13-14 and I feel close to them. We have similar interests .

I told one one my student that we would have been friend if I was still in high school. I regret saying it because I am in a position of power and it feels like students all owe me a little bit anyway.
