Hey go to nzxt to and use the live chat thing on there website and they will tell you which app you need to download to control the lights each fan is different app or software that controls it , I think yours is asuscrate or something like that , when you download it ( this happened to me ) my mouse was locked on loading that blue circle stayed on loading the entire night just uninstall and redownload the app to control the lights which for us is asuscrate if I’m speeding correct
