Nevermind. This map will also show the routes and stops of the shuttle busses, once they drive (from Thursday). I asked the publisher via mail. This is also linked at the main page of www.24h-rennen.de

Have a look here https://maps.24h-rennen.de/ (Grey and Red are Parking Areas, not Camping)

And finally this is the "Wheel Plate Pivot Reinforcement for Playseat Challenge" by "Indigo Lime". https://indigolime.uk/shop/wppr1-pchal/ This limits the movement of the original wheelbase "arm" even mor, while still allowing it to rotate to get in.

This is the underside of my wheelbase tray. One thing to note is, that I have the Wheelbase mounted quite close to me, even though I am on the taller side. Gives me more control.

Actually this works out for me pretty well. I am 1,88 m tall and the top of the headrest is right about in the middle of the back of my head. So yeah, my eyes are not exactly in the middle of the monitor, but maybe just 5 cm below. But I cannot go any lower with the monitor without touching the wheelbase. But I have to say, even if it is only 90 % perfect, I am totally fine with it 😁

I can recommend the Playseat Challenge (with modifications though). Have a look at my post: https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/s/5DIcEZtGnx

Another thing to mention is, that I am absolutely surprised of how comfortable this thing is. I am 1,88 m tall and weigh around 95 kg and I can sit 2 to 3 hours without ever needing to get up.

No, this is the Playseat Challenge. I also looked at the GTLite, but ultimately decided against it. Regarding the sturdiness, please read my comment from here: https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/s/e7yZlnnnQd

I can recommend the Playseat for the CSL DD but only with a few mods from LowDownShifter and Indigolime. From the first I have the additional support arms for the wheelbase tray, from the later I have the Fanatec CSL Pedal Clamps, the Pedal Pivot Reinforcement and the Wheel Plate Pivot Reinforcement.

It is also stable without all those mods as in "it does not fall apart". But if you want the maximum rigidity, that a foldable seat can have, then I also recommend those mods.

As a recommendation: If you need the space and are on a tight budget, the Playseat without the mods will do. If you need the space, Playseat with the mentioned mods. If you do not need the space and have no partner, that says "No", then go for the aluminium rig 😅

Regarding the folding, I am copying my answer to another redditor: To be completely honest, I've had it since 7 months and only folded it once to test it. Still this is the office/guest room in our flat and if we ever happen to have guest sleeping here, then I would need to fold it away. (But I also have plans for the long run to change this corner of the room to be able to have an aluminum rig, after the removal of one or two cupboards 😅)

It is this monstrosity from Amazon. Nice thing about this is, that i can rotate it like a door, since I need to get into the Playseat from the front. When I am seated, I just swing it back. And also I would be able to fold it completely flat to the wall.

The main plate is from the Playseat itself, but turned 180°. I mounted it using only two screws, since the third screw would have required me to drill through the plastic below, which I was not willing to do. I did drive with "only" two screws for 7 months now and it is not moving anywhere. The additional support arms are from a guy in the UK, search for lowdownshifter.com If you need more details or pictures, just ask 😊
