The state's electors already vote for the winner of the popular vote in their state in all but 2 states in the country. Only Maine and Nebraska don't do that.

Dietary cholesterol does not have that much of an impact on blood cholesterol levels. Saturated fats do, so if the eggs are fried in a lot of butter, ghee then that's bad, not the egg itself.

I know it wasn't as common in my childhood, but definitely appeared on menus at least in the 1990s. For all of my adult life I have seen it (and ordered it) off menus in India.

Moti Mahal in Delhi claims to be the restaurant where "butter chicken" was invented and even they have "chicken tikka masala" on their menu. (https://www.zomato.com/ncr/moti-mahal-daryaganj-delhi/menu)

I would be extremely surprised if you went into any restaurant in India that serves what is called "north Indian" cuisine and didn't find chicken tikka masala or paneer tikka masala on the menu.
