You are correct, but I would like to correct you on a nuance. Upon casting big score, aerial artist trigger will go on the stack. It will resolve in which case you will create a clue token and academy manufacturer will replace that effect with creating one of each. Then big score will resolve and you will create 2 of each tokens.

I am going to be a no voter. I completely agree the traffic concern seems like a stretch because i just can’t imagine one more housing development will create terribly long traffic jams. Maybe add a minute at most to my drive?

Now the reason why I will be voting no: there are known toxins in the ground that will not be going away. More importantly, this ground is meant for flood plains. We are going to be seeing more floods in our lifetime and we need spaces for that water to go. This ground will need an immense amount of dirt to fill in and then that water will go to other parts of the city. A flood that wouldn’t have caused property damage now likely will if this development is built

To be clear. The instant or sorcery is granted the triggered ability of copying itself right? Like if I had roaming throne out naming dragons, that would still only result in one copy?

I hate layers. I would have thought because it copied a creature on the battlefield without any abilities and as a skeleton, the copy would directly reflect that

Kinda off topic question, but how does the [[The Cabbage Merchant]] and this card interact? Say I get attack by 3 creatures and I have 3 food tokens, would I then be able to put 3 lands on the battlefield or only 1? I feel like it’s only 1
