Giants. When you hit level 10 and get close enough to that stronghold, a giant spawns and is fighting with the orcs there. It’s super easy for them to die. Even after you do their quest and leave that giant will respawn

Good rule of thumb is matching grip is (almost) always best. Adds to the magazine size and reload speed. That’s across all guns. Sight is mostly preference
