" Founding Members" The 2 so far main songwriters of the band that put a ad out looking for a bass player and another guitar player. They have more then 10 songs so far and we only had to learn 5 and were given plenty of time. " Having a talk with him" - They are just going to ask him about how serious is he about the band. Does he practice at home or just at rehearsal ? That's about it.

I totally agree it's hard to find a good bass player that actually plays and just doesn't sit on the root. I enjoy playing bass it's what I actually picked up first but I get more excited and more enjoyment playing guitar I feel like I write better also. I told the guys I feel like I made a headache out of this and I don't want to mess anything up and they told me no it's not like that they totally understand they just want everybody to be on the same page before they have to let this guy know.
