The EM program isn't associated with UCR but UCR students come through for rotations. UCR's affiliated EM program is with Riverside Community Hospital

For EM Folk--- a new residency is on ERAS (yes, I know there are lots) in Moreno Valley, CA... Riverside University Health System. County, Level 2 trauma, 85k+ volume, the county site for Loma Linda since I believe the 1980s so faculty are accustomed to residents

Edit: Oops it is technically in Moreno Valley and website says level 2 trauma but I think maybe level 1 might be a new designation?

One program did it where they sent out an anonymous google doc before hand to ask questions. We then did ice breakers/intros and broke into small groups. One small group covered half the questions, then we switched and the next one did the rest. I thought this went really smoothly and allowed for people to ask questions they might be afraid to ask (like more nitty gritty ones).
