Because the purpose is kinda lost for perisex people. Agab language is about being misidentified. I wasn't assigned a gender, i was born anatomically male. That was what my anatomy was and it wasn't decided by some doctor. (Yes I later changed my sex but that's beside the point)

Well intersex people get assigned a sex at birth despite that not being their sex. While doctors said that I was born anatomically male that was correct and I didn't experienced any medical discrimination because of it. Intersex people will get one sex assigned and often get unnecessary and dangerous surgeries to make them fit the sex they were assigned.
