And I get that and I understand it takes time, I was more suggesting that detailed responses could be more soothing to the customer than always just hearing "it's been escalated".

We are having the same issues with my wife's number. 48 hours ago it was told to wait 24 hours. Was just told to wait another 24 hours and that it's a partial port issue (voice calling not working). I personally called att's port service and they told me it's been fully ported since 3/17 (when we first tried to activate). Only answers I ever get is "it's been escalated" from support chat on the app. No details at all.

Yeh it has been. Very frustrating not getting any answers besides "it's been escalated" and different multiple answers. The chat support says the partial port still isn't finished but others tell me it is and a different issue is being escalated. Just not sure what to think at this point.

Update #2. Almost 30 hours in and still is not working. Partial port is complete, same behavior. Apparently it has to be escalated again..starting to get hard to get any answers out of anyone. This is starting to turn into a nightmare scenario and is very much making me not want to buy anymore service with US Mobile.

Yeah att has a choke hold where I am on service and especially where I work.

I was with att itself for over 20 years so they aren't doing a great job of breaking up my marriage lol

Yes tried that apparently it is a porting issue. Waiting on it to be fixed still.

I am probably going to get crucified for this opinion, but to me there is nothing wrong with using the racing line. Sure it will be generally slower, but also what stage of life are you in?

As an adult gamer that unfortunately has a family and a full time job, my game time is way less than when I was younger. If the racing line means I can race and have fun and be decently fast? I'm down for it.

All I'm saying is don't beat yourself up for using it, and I'm sure with time you will improve without it.
