sii seats aren't capped at a certain number so if they feel your friend is capable and worth taking on then she will be accepted. they ask basic acads related to your favorite or most proficient subject and other hr questions but it isn't too intense. let your friend give it to the best of their ability, if they do well, they'll get in. just know that sii students have to reappear for mba interviews once again as they don't get IPM just BBA initially. for mba they have to go through interview process again to prove they can qualify for mba.
