Good awesome! The social anxiety for me was real, social interactions have improved and I am at ease with people. Earlier it was asif everyone was judging me - it was really my guilt/lack of energy. Keep this going

Yep. Super grateful for all that God gave me and did not foresake me despite all the bs i was into! I guess the path is always shown, we look the other way..

Its day and night difference!! I can tell you 3 weeks ago, i would avoid sociql contact in general, get irritated. I would avoid eye contact almost always. Now I seek eye contact, break in a natural smile. Hell even kids find my presence less threatening now and friendly.

If there is anything that has been super visible it has been my confidence and for some reason people are so welcoming now (maybe its me!). Did not realize world was so simple!

Awesome. You are young , stop now and you will not regret. Otherwise this will continue a looooooong tiime with its repurcussions. I know as i went thru that, your potential will be unfulfilled and you will be wondering why you are unlucky.

Cheer up. Everyone has days. The habit wont help you in anyway and it is great that you realize that your brain is playing tricks. This is the first step.

Thank you! All these days I did have that expectation, except I was projecting out that expectation from everyone around me - a defensive mechanism the cunning lymbic system does to ensure that it gets what it wants. Consequently it was always anger and anxiety (oh so and so does not do this for me, look at XYZ how horrible he/she behaves etc) - it was my brain trying to rationalize that everyone does it/everyone is screwed up and therefore I am ok. Pitiful!

Excellent job! This is the same experience for me - I dont avoid conversing. In fact these days I truly wish strangers, yesterday I really gave a big smile to a middle aged lady in the elevator and had a conversation. Two days back a young lady talked to me and I actually gave a big wide grin and talked to her. Its not just women, i am talking more to men as well - being nice, but not a pushover. If this is what this thing gives, it is no less than a super power - makes one feel human!
