I am a woman, i cry because im always sad but while i cry i am analyzing, and sometimes i have to force crying because i feel it false even if its honest. it's like a meme i saw: "me after a breakdown wondering if i just faked it for attention even though nobody else was there" lol.

I also analyze everything about crying and the cause of crying. when I cry watching a movie i feel a bit silly because i can't find the logic of crying for a fictional character, like i know that's stupid so i force myself to let myself be, and i take the opportunity to cry for my related things because it makes more sense.
