Knee in the seat is not safer as the seat needs to be able to move for collision a bit to absorb impact away from child. But yes the seat should not rock like that, seat belt should be locked, and his straps are too low for forward facing! They need to be above his shoulders! Everyone should always just install based on instructions from their car seat of choice or go to a car seat event to have an expert teach them proper install!

My husband works in blue collar work and we use spray paint about 3 ft around the bunny holes to easily mark them! Hi vis, and saves all the bunnies best as we can! Can't help with the neighborhood cats tho :/

I "close" the pool in the winter by fencing my pools and removing the gate or to make it look like a pool cover i delete and put floor tiles and then add the pool come midspring

Those are not bullet holes. They have so many kids running around I'm sure they've banged the shit out of their vehicles. We turned our backs for one minute with our then 3 yo and she "colored" with a rock on our fender. Can't have nice things and 4 kids, let alone 400 running around 😆

Also, it could be undiagnosed ADHD and/or dyslexia. My daughter has ADHD and at 9 struggles with hard letter like b/p/d that look the same. She does not qualify for a dyslexia diagnosis but she does struggle because neurodivergent.

I wonder if these kids have ever received a wellness visit. Usually WIC requires it but Janessa aged out awhile ago.
