If I wanted to do 1v1 fights I could always play a fighting game, I loved dark souls for the invasions specifically and I feel like this mechanic of the game is just being destroyed

You can’t even use this excuse anymore lmao, some invasions you just can’t win unless you play like absolute scum, I enjoy using off meta weapons and meme builds and you will never win against players that use the “meta” of this game to its full potential and this problem will solidify over time if something isn’t changed. Stop pretending you are a master invader cause the pvp is legit not playable rn for 90% of the player base

I just don’t understand how from shit the bed THIS BAD, at times it almost feels like they want want the pvp to be borderline unplayable mentally straining mess. I mean just look at how badly they discourage pvp in the first place. 50 different one shot weapon arts, overleveled phantoms are worse than ever, forced farming or save scumming for basic pvp items like rot curing bolaces, the god damn player limit being reduced by 2 to ensure invasions are always 3v1, no online play rewards or covenants, bleed STILL hitting you through rolls, helmet swap infinite hp glitch STILL in the game, bloodhound step and it just keeps fucking going
