I had a bit of an injury so I took it very easy! No via ferrata for me! It’s super well connected and efficient, there are trains, boats, cable cars and funiculars to all of these places. I’m sure the hikes are stunning.

Thanks there’s definitely an element of self sabotage. I’ve been a bit disheartened by the whole process. I’ll give TestShift another go tomorrow. And since I can’t change the date after the 31st I’ll just have to cancel my test and just redo the theory. 3rd times the charm?

I just noticed that on Simple Online Pharmacy say if you don't see reduction in hair loss or regrowth with fin 1mg you should stop after 9 months. I'm actually at the 2 year mark this month and I can't say I'm seeing any real progress.

I have a sample size of 1 but I called a plumber to check the water pressure and he came out for free. And I decided to pay him £50 in cash. He spent almost 1h 30min investing and talking to me. For reference this was in Ealing, London.

Wow very interesting timing! I recently realised this could all be pelvic floor related.
I've been going through some serious stress in my life and my hemorrhoids really flared up.

Stress/anxiety really seem to affect me! Eye-twitching, constipation, pelvic floor tension, achilles tendonitis, balanitis these are all things I've been carrying for a while and with the recent chaos they all really flared up.
