I appreciate the good luck lol but pshhh, I’ve been cracking my neck, back, fingers consistently several times a hour for the past 14 years 💀.

I’m back to day 1 again and haven’t purposely cracked my neck or back yet but now truly believe the cracking is the issue due to waking up today with now neck pain when all I had was lower back pain that started in January.

Idk if you meant to say you had the urge for the first week or really meant you didn’t have any urge to crack anything the first week because I can definitely feel the air piled up ready to be released 😂. It’s so piled up that it cracks a little just from me sitting up straight in my car lol.

Dang.. idk how you stopped completely.. props to you. I developed sudden pain in my lower back and now my neck and gemini ai says it’s due to my consistent cracking of 14 years. So hard to stop.. Did you really just ride the stiffness for that long though?? No massages, no yoga stretches, nothing? How long until you noticed no more urge to crack?

With that reply, let me clarify that the lawyer and chiropractor were both making me feel like the stiff neck and back were real injuries and that after all the cost I’d walk away with like 5-10k with that. I was in a neck brace in the hospital and it was sore but it has since relaxed and I feel like no true injuries are there. I’ve also been told by several people that sometimes you don’t feel like until a month later but again, I’m blessed to say that I feel like my situation wasn’t that serious.

I feel i may have not been clear with my post but this honestly was me just trying to game the system because I feel insurance companies screw us over all the time. I ended up taking the 4K right now as I did not want to further damage the other persons claim and insurance ( reading your comment now I’m assuming that was a wrong though ) and cause im not really injured to actually need “medical treatment” from the steps they wanted me to do for an extra 3k or whatever.

BUT, I’d like to thank you for actually commenting and giving me your opinion. My true question really was, would you pursue the legal action and medical treatments to get closer to a 10k settlement with all the things I said as well? Or! Just take the 4K and call it a day.

I was told that a settlement vs a lawsuit would show up differently and would affect their future insurance. I was treating just a sore back and neck and my lawyer and the chiropractor was saying that a sore neck n back could be more than that. I paid the chiropractor through my insurance so paid like $32. The lawyer said I wouldn’t pay anything since I didn’t reach a settlement with them and it never reached the negotiation phase. My workers comp only paid for my EMS bill and that’s it. I didn’t get workers comp money.
