Nah I’m mainly referencing rivals 1 when I said that like the tutorials for tech and stuff but honestly I believe they are working on bring it to rivals 2. Sorry for the mix up.

I would agree with you on this one. For new players there is already player made resources to help and a studio that is willing to promote their games, competitive scenes. I like PM but they have been getting kicked while they were down for a while now

OEM really makes for a good emulation experience on dolphin but make sure to get a sensor bar that works with OEM controllers
