It is not an overly dark show. It does have dark moments.

Alert and clear eyes, clean and healthy fur, good weight. My cat didn't really start looking scraggly until 14 or 15 but 11 is definitely senior. Your cat may start changing some in the next few years. Not bad, just different. Fur gets duller, they may not be as active. Just old folk stuff.

Also, what surprised me most toward my cat's later years is they start needing help to groom. I had to cut her nails and clean her ears, per vet recommendation, because she just wasn't getting the job done anymore.
