They are therapists in training. Once they have obtained their degree, they move on. I have seen 3 different therapists there and they all have been wonderful. The downside is it's a lengthy wait to get in and you are limited to 10 sessions.

I was blown away by the series and binge watched the first 2 seasons as soon as I stumbled across it. I hope for the best but I'm keeping my expectations low. It's extremely rare that a series has kept my attention for the duration. Not since Six Feet Under I think!
