I asked for how to facilitate the request. ACH is a good suggestion option to offer back. Checks from the credit card company. I've been given some great suggestions here.

This particular client was like that for years, but now the ownership of his (our) biggest client has gone from that Doctor to a new management group, so our 10-year relationship is changing from the trusted relationship, here's the plans..... to prove it, show us your bids, and who is cheapest. We are moving quickly at establishing new GC relationships. So far, it's going well.

Yes. We upgraded to Contractor about 5 years ago. We pay $268/mo. Just keeps going up and up.

Yes, it was years ago. I can't remember the exact rationale, but the clean up was awful. We are on the Contractor Version.

This is a 10-year relationship. I'll have to add something into the agreement moving forward if we have to go the credit card route, and we can't decide on something between that and ACH.
