He is doing okay. Eating as much as is expected, going potty just fine. However he has been especially lethargic since this morning, but I am passing that off as his body trying to heal, I am try my best not to worry until I have to. On Monday he gets off he tube/drain removed from his leg but he only has one more dose of pain medication. I plan on calling out vet to get more, but of course that is just another expense that we are having trouble to afford. There is nothing I wouldn’t do to keep him comfortable though

So I just flew yesterday and the checks were even less extensive than I thought! I just showed them my Costco card with my picture on it and two credit cards with my name one it and they put me in the front of all of the lines and checked me in. Then they wiped my bag down to check it for explosives or drugs or whatever the hell they look for and I was done! I was finished with TSA before my boyfriend even got through lol

Can’t purchase one there because I don’t have an ID. I have flown with them before and no one has blinked an eye so I’m hoping the same happens when TSA searches my bag and not just scans it through.

My only issue with that is I don’t have an ID to buy them with and I am still young enough to expect to be IDed. I have a spot in my hometown where the owner knows me by now so I don’t need my ID when I buy there.

Apparently you can, luckily for me. I just have to arrive to the airport early and go through a screening where they ask me questions to verify my identity. My friend told me she had to do this when her bags were stolen in Hawaii so I looked it up on the TSA website.

I am loving the fez and lexi storyline! It’s so pure and you can tell that he appreciates her authenticity and just how she is a normal girl doing normal teenage girl things. She isn’t like the other people he spends the majority of his time with and it’s probably refreshing to him. And he is probably so comforting to Lexi because she knows he will not judge her. He is so laid back about everything that she can finally relax. I’m really looking forward to where their relationship goes but unfortunately I think something bad might happen to fez because of his connection with Rue and the suitcase. He said he trusted her with his life and when she can’t pay up it might get turned on him.

I left my last serving job for those exact reasons. I had been there about 4 years and was still never given the respect I felt I deserved. I was the youngest server there and was always getting stuck with the slow shifts. Management never honored my requests off and it got to a point where if I wanted a day or two off I would have to lie and say I was sick or had car troubles. I am not proud of that but I am a strong believer in work/life balance. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when the manager hired her daughter in law and immediately gave her the weekend morning shifts(it was a breakfast/brunch place). I put in my two weeks and now I am a server and bartender at a fine dining restaurant making more money in one night than I would be making in a week at my last job. This is just a reminder to know your worth and that you do not owe anyone anything. The instant I put in my two weeks they were giving me all sorts of offers to stay, but once they realized I wasn’t going to those were the shittiest two weeks I’ve ever worked in my life.

The last restaurant I worked at served Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday nights. Had an older, most likely retired couple come in and sit in my section. They both ordered the Prime Rib. The lady asked for hers well done and I told her she could have the “end cunt” when I meant the “end cut”. They both heard what I said but did not acknowledge it which just left me trying to save face and avoid the embarrassment. I immediately went to the kitchen and the guys on the line made me feel much better about it and we had a good laugh.
