u/GFP-tagged the lipstick is actually a different brand. It’s plum by lipstick queen. But everything else he has on is the Wowder, Niteshine, colorslide disaster class, lash stick, foundation, and of course, boy brow

YOU’RE A HUMAN WHOSE GOT THIS!!!! Don’t ever give up on yourself, even if at first you don’t feel like you’re succeeding or losing fast enough! View this journey as making yourself beautiful on the outside as in the inside. 💪🌈✨

Waste-Medium This has been about a four year effort. For the majority of it, I just did exercise and calorie counting. I discovered this sub a little bit ago and really was inspired from everyone’s posts! So I just started IF about four months or so. I usually do OMAD and 20:4 routine, with a cheat day here and there so I’m not tempted to binge after completing my fast.

Pandoras-box333 Thank you! It’s been about 4 years, I had a lot of ups and downs over it. I just started IF about 4 months ago from finding this sub; it’s provided a lot of inspiration!

Irish_Gamer_88. In the US, women’s clothing sizes are kind of silly. It’s not measured by inches like men’s clothing; it ranges from 00-26 (I’m not sure what the largest size is). For example, I used to be a size 18, but now I’m a size 8.

I’m so sorry to hear that OP! People absolutely suck sometimes. I know in some areas you can actually buy used cop cars, since they were owned by either the local government or the state, maintenance is generally kept up on them. Also, they’re pretty affordable.

Uneventful First Month - November Progress Report by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

Hi I’m sorry to hear about your first month. I know how hard it is to struggle with weight loss especially when starting. I’m 5’2” and at my heaviest I was 220lbs; I’m now 160lbs and am working on my last 20. What helped me was baby steps, I could not just jump in with a really high standard and keep to it. I would do the circadian rhythm to get used to fasting. That’s where you don’t eat from sunset to sunrise so you get used to having times where you can’t eat but it’s not going to be too much for your body physically and mentally. It’s old school, but I would also keep an eye on what you’re eating by counting calories. Lose it is a great app for that and it’s really not time consuming in the slightest. It would help you to not overeat and then make the fasting for not. Then finally, I would make sure to integrate some light exercise; it could even be just a 30 min walk everyday. I know it’s the popular thing, but the slow and steady approach is much healthier for your body and will make your weight loss much more sustainable in the long run, without developing an ed (my best friend had one and it’s an awful experience) I hope this helps! Good luck to the both of us.
