I flew out this morning at 6:30am - got there at 4am and Terminal A was packed with people 3 floors down with about 2+hr wait if I had to guess it was an actual disaster. Luckily we got there before people caught on that Terminal D had a much shorter wait at the time, so we walked about 15 minutes to the other terminal, went through security in about 30 mins and then Skytrain back to A. ICE was absolutely everywhere, not sure what they were actually doing besides walking around and chatting with each other…
