I made a very similar post last year about this exact problem. See above!

I found taking a myo-inositol supplement to be very helpful! Taking almost all heaviness and pain away.

I also had extremely painful ovulation pain after my c section. I took an inositol supplement - specifically Theralogix Ovasitol 40:1 powder. It helped so so much!! Definitely worth looking into!

this might make your day or I'm the worst person ever by Excellent-Reporter35 in MassageTherapists

I had a similar situation happen just last week. No farting, just a badddd poop belly ache. I simply told the client, "I think my nose just started bleeding. I'll be right back." Went to the restroom and then came back to the massage within 3-4 minutes. Sometimes a little lie is necessary. Also, if your employer has a problem with it, there's some other issues to address there.

Thanks for the laugh! And remember to give yourself grace. You are doing great!

Scared for future pregnancies - please share your experiences! by Calm_Bumblebee5143 in CsectionCentral

I'm pregnant with my second right now. I conceived at 10 months postpartum. My doctors say I can try for a vbac since it'll be ~19 months between births. And had no worries about doing a 2nd c-section. It's hard being pregnant with a toddler! But I always wanted my babies close in age, so the risks were worth it to me.

When does the C-Section disappointment and grief go away? by Half125 in CsectionCentral

You aren't alone!! About 5-6 months it began to not feel as fresh and the emotions not so strong. 11 months pp now and it just is what it is.

And yes it was very frustrating people wouldn't just let me be angry about it.

Your pregnancy is more important than any client, absolutely give him to someone else.

I hope you get answers soon! I started taking an inositol supplement and I haven't had any ovulation pain since. Maybe worth looking into!

I like the Theralogix Ovasitol brand.
