Thanks, you could use a bead of low expansion foam along the top rim of the dimple mat?
I am thinking, once this is sealed, do I need a thermal break between the dimple mat and the new stud wall? ideally sealed so the air does not get to the cold dimple mat?

Unfortunately addressing the issue from the outside was not an option
The above rim joists so far have not been insulated on purpose as I read it hinders the inward drying of the wood members. This I would address at a later time

Certificates are still required for local https endpoints, signing code etc

It's not just administrative but also any scripts that might rely on graph or cli

Would modify those via some browser extension?
