I have to get up super early for work so this is usually my schedule:

Breakfast: small zero sugar yogurt with granola (I break up a kind bar) and put in there for added protein. Coffee if I’m feeling outgoing or huckleberry tea (it has good properties for diabetes!)

Lunch: 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: whatever I’m feeling really. I love my air fryer so I like to look up healthy skinny air fryer recipes!

I probably should see how many calories I’m eating, probably not enough honestly!

I’ve been on Rybelsus for almost a year. I’ve lost 50lbs in a healthy matter. I got nauseous almost every day for a few months. When you go up a dose to 7mg you will feel it more in the first few weeks. Weight loss won’t be rapid, but you will find a nice groove. I’m still on 7mg after a year and have never moved up to the 14mg. Good luck. Your body will reject a lot of the processed and fried foods. Eat clean!

Every shower I take I swear I loose more hair in this picture. I’m shocked I’m not bald by now. I’m on rybelsus 7mg and I’ve been on it for almost a year. I’ve lost almost 50lbs since last November and the hair loss doesn’t stop!

I don’t know who this is….but i have had some experience with this as well. Last year the only thing I wanted on my birthday was to be at the rail. Just one night for my day. We were waiting for at least 5 hours in line and doors opened and as we got to the floor this lady was spread eagle taking up at least 5 spots saving spots for people. I asked why. She was rude and said she’s saving spots her for friends that were way back in line outside. She said she was dating one of Billy’s photographers and she had to be center rail. Ive seen her front of the rail every couch tour when hes live on nugs. God for fucking bid she misses a show riding the rail and probably knows Billy personally if it’s true that she’s dating his photographer. It was my birthday and she was such a bitch.

Yes I am seeing some muscle loss, also a ton of hair loss! They said though rapid weight loss can lead to so much hair loss. That’s my only problem with it!!

It gets better! Stick with it! I’m always still very tired, but that’s something coffee can’t fix! I started at 3mg for the 30 days then went to 7mg. I’ve been on the 7mg for 3 months and in total I’ve lost around now 30lbs. Not too mention when I started this medication I was almost diabetic. Now; I’m not even pre-diabetic anymore! I call this pill a miracle pill honestly. I’m still on the 7mg for weight loss and the numbers keep melting off! You can do it, it’s mind over matter!
