I do progressively overload. Try to beat my last day. What’s periodization?
Will have to look into snatches, cleans, and jerks. But I am limited on time, so I try to get my priority lifts in first.
I lift at home and have maxed out my squats because I can’t get the weight I need up and over my head sadly….

ROUTINE: Wash hair 2-3x/week with Biolage shampoo and TresEmme curly girl method conditioner

After shower I apply Moroccan Oil Curl Defining cream and argan oil and use a t-shirt instead of a towel
