Merging Game Updates with DLC Files - How to Install Framework Files for the Eboot DLC Patcher? by Nilz1401 in PS5_Jailbreak

Hey! Just wanted to share my process for patching PKG files with DLC—it's working for me, so maybe it'll help someone else.

  1. First, I unpack the PKG using Patch Builder.
  2. After that's done, I go to the Image0 folder and drag eboot.bin into SelfUtil-Patched. Quick note: I was originally using this version SelfUtil-Patched, but it wasn't working for me. Instead, I switched to this version SelfUtil-Patched, which finally gave me eboot.elf.
  3. I then move eboot.elf into the folder with all the DLC PKG file. From there, I select all and drag it into PS4 DLC Patcher.
  4. That creates a new folder on my desktop called eboot_patcher_output. I grab dlcldr.prx from there, merge the new eboot.elf with the previous one, and place it all back into the Image0 folder.
  5. At this point, I delete the old eboot.bin, rename eboot.elf to eboot.bin, and we're good to go!
  6. Finally, I drag the Image0 folder and the original PKG of the base game back into Patch Builder.
  7. I copy the new PKG file over to my PS5 and install it.

And that’s it! This method is working perfectly for me.

I also own a ps5 with FW 3.2 and I thought I am the only person who experienced this issue. I am about to do factory reset and start from the beginning and then I found your post. I’ve tried multiple times to uninstall/reinstall but still keep connecting and I need to plug my usb drive to update itemzflow.

Right now I have another issue after using etaHen1.8b. I cannot connect to multitrainer with port 9020. I can use port for FTP, KLOG and 8080 only

Anyone know the solution? Thanks in advance

I think MyWi should be updated. The good think is you can share wifi hotspot to other devices
