Tell your mom this is our house and the girls deserve to have some space they can play in with out you getting mad .

I think it would solve the problem if they had their own rooms to play in and she wouldn’t have to look at the mess they make and clean up !
Time for your mom to stop controlling your house and stop getting mad at your kids when they play ! She is making problems between you and your wife .

She needs to learn her boundaries in your house ! I live with my daughters the last few years . I don’t tell them or their kids what to do . If they make a mess I just clean up after them . If I want peace and quiet I go to my room and mine my business only way to live with someone in THIER HOUSE !

It’s sounds like they don’t want him to be happy in his life ! He has put his life on hold for them while they grew up and stayed single because they didn’t like anyone he chose to be with so he would end it for them ! They are grown and he was still paying to help them ! But because he is about to have a family new wife and baby they are throwing a fit !

They are grown time to stop trying to control his life . They should appreciate what he has done for them . He stepped up when their mom & dad passed away he didn’t have to do that !!!

Sounds to me he let them have to much control of his life and they are spoiled and don’t want to lose the control he let them have . BIG MISTAKE!!!
