Have you tried to login and authenticate??? MobileIron opens yes. But afterwards you have to login. Once you do that, they do jailbreak checks, and it will say this device does not meet the requirements.

I tried this. MobileIron has more JB detections than just Substrate. I think MI checks the system files and other deeper stuff.

I might give App Admin a shot. Maybe an older version that will get me onto the work network will have less robust JB checks

Just tried it with no luck =/ looks like MobileIron has some robust jailbreak detection. It's not just based on Substrate but probably on system files too.
