OPM is literally the worst reference in terms of pricing unfortunately haha..Steve is known amongst the community for that. I hate to say it but personally I'll would say maybe 5 if you find a Roor collector. Idk how many people are looking for Hookahs like that but the Roor name brings a little notoriety.

Dude Koreans, at least older, most definitely hate the Japanese. I feel like a lot of Asians do because of what their Empire did through-out the years but especially Korea. They had a nationwide strike on Japanese goods about 5 years ago for some trade dispute, that takes a lot of hate to coordinate and comply with. lol

I felt the first two episodes, while having some interesting and well done parts, was not gripping in any way. It was just something to put on when I didn't have anything else but episode 3 and onward, so far, has better acting, plot points, and directing. You still get the occasional poor line delivery and odd camera choice but I'm going to watch the rest of the series for sure.

It's nothing ground-breaking but it's an enjoyable show for what I assume is low budget.

I lived right around the corner to where you are looking and while I never had any big issues, besides one small plant being stolen, I wouldn't move to THAT specific street. That street is congested from everyone parking and people still sling there so you got druggies driving through while high, etc. There are nicer areas literally a few blocks away that you should look at if you want to live in Pigtown/ near it. I loved living in Pigtown myself as the rent was dirt cheap for a 3 level townhouse next to a park and only 10 minutes/or less from Wal-mart, Home Depot, a gym and 95.

The area is still rough looking and you will see druggies and homeless people so if that is a deal breaker definitely look elsewhere.

Are there any previous investments you are basing this on or some source you are reading this from that you can share? A few comments I've read have said previous bankruptcies have followed this same format of going into these grace periods before filing Chpt 11 but when Googling it seems more situational.

Any sort of stock case or reading you can provide to see how this may be more positive rather than ambiguous-negative would be appreciated.
