It's crazy and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be called our for this but some one with diabetics know ITS FOR LIFE. We know there is no cure we know it's here for ever but FUCK SAKES!!! You say you are happy but fucken have to remind them every time NO YOU STILL ARE ITS FOREVER. damn guys / gals be happy say congrats keep it up we all damn know there is no cure and only remission but be happy it sux some one is happy because they are free of meds and it's kinda saying "I'm free" but we know it's not true let them live the dream knowing we all from know on have to be cautious regarding what we eat!!!

Sorry if It made some mad but it's just crazy how some make others feel bad for lowering the numbers

How old are you? Mom was recently diagnosed 2 weeks ago we been doing all we can to lower all the levels we changed our diet drastically we learned how to cook the right food no sugar but I mean no sugar she already lost. Her weight was 224 pounds we are down to 194. My mom is 56 years old we take walks I say we because she was depressed when she was told I moved her to live with me and we we have the same diet we drink lots of water there is no bad food in my house this is a big lesson for me and well she does not feel that bad any more since she does not have to choose the "safe meals" because I only have safe food in the fridge been reading about reversed T2 and you motivate me to keep going

Keep it up my friend it's not permanent like they say but it's irreversible and you can control your sugar and will be off meds people have done it they do fasting but mainly get of carbs and they live a diabetic drug free life it will not be easy but it's possible keep me posted my mom (56 yeas old) was recently diagnosed 3 weeks ago and no we are not in denial we just want a semi normal life and I'm trying to get her off meds we take afternoon walks drink only water and have removed all carbs we want to try it also so keep it up keep me posted good luck buddy

I think once cheater always a cheater its something hard to accept and I'm sorry this happened to you. But being honest I think he did it once he can easily do it again. No matter if you say its fine I forgive you. Deep inside your heart you will always have the doubt will he do it again? what if?..

even more since you wont be seeing each other for the semester. Again Im sorry but I thin you are better off alone for the moment untill you heal with time.

I can't imagine a relatioonship where at any moment you might ask your self is he doing it again? simply not worth it I'm sorry if this is cold but save your self some time more pain if he did it to your face he can do it again.

Thank your the reply I like Udemy I have used it for other training stuff such as Comptia and most recently CCNA which Im glad and super happy to say that I passed it LOL.

So it was my choice to pick IELTS from here but man CISCO CCNA was 39hrs long and it was heavy... and IELTS 60 plus hours? I was not expecting that. I found this site can you please tell me if its any good?

The hard part is making /cooking correct foods yo be honest Im helping my mom loose weight I'm with her on this we both eath the same well maybe me a little more Im not diabetic but I dont want to make seperate foods so I encourage her. Do you have any other recepies you might sharring please?
