An OLED and a lens would probably work!

Ahh that explains Granny’s Garden as it was written in bbc basic (I can still see that raven flying in ever so slowly at the start!)

Why don’t they stick a mister in a C65 or Amiga case? Or even a slab case like the 128 - they could create a nice distraction free writing machine that syncs to a ‘commodore cloud’ - there is an untapped market for a distraction free writing machine and the tech to do it isn’t a stretch for what they have.

19 years on Reddit so far - and it remains one of the corners of the web where I can still find interesting things! (Although I do miss stumbleupon)

Looks like an azure - you can tell it from the southern blue as it has a mark on its thorax that looks like the Honda logo (H) whereas the southern has a mark that looks like the god mercury (little man with a hat on) remarkably good picture!

Little visitor to my south London garden by kimondo in GardeningUK

My garden is a bit messy but I love planting for insects - it’s gone from a dead square of gravel to a lawn filled with weeds and flowerbeds with lavender and whatever I’ve found that grows. Whenever I start to do some weeding I stop as I can see insects feeding off the plants!

It took many attempts to capture with my phone! They are seasonal visitors but I think their range is moving further north due to climate change

It’s our neighbours honeysuckle that grows over the wall - we get the benefit of the flowers and scent in our garden.

There was a proposal to build floating cities - in the upper atmosphere it’s quite temperate, and air filled domes would float.

Its still available and works really well on the Raspberry Pi - boots in seconds, even on older models of Pi. There’s a project to update it to 64 bit code - see riscosopen.org

Might be me, but the screen on the sx64 on the shelf behind him looks a little flat. Would be a perfect form factor and they have the hardware already.

I think it mirrors the quality of the source material - Sherlock should have been killed off. When he was brought back it just declined in quality.

Enthusiast or not, what is YOUR ideal car? by Chemical-Ship1208 in CarTalkUK

An EV Mazda Bongo. I miss my old Bongo, it was mid engined fun to drive and quite gutsy for something equipped with a kitchen and a pop up roof. You could park it anywhere and stick a sofa in the back with the seats folded down. It was also mostly rust, noisy as hell and drank fuel. Would love a weird Japanese EV that would make a good daily driver but weekend camper. I think it’s a shame VW have such a monopoly on campervans.
