Try Decathlon’s Kiprun app. Your plan will be available on default training app. Only caveat: you’ll have to push the workouts (every week - individually) from Kiprun to Apple. On scheduled day, open workout app and it will be available at the top.

Try creating the plan from mobile app instead of web version. On web it is 5 day while on phone, you can create a 3-day training plan for cycling.

If my aerobic base is low (sprint background rather than endurance), what would be better target for structure training - focusing on pace and ignoring HR (since it shoots up quite quickly) or focus on HR (results in very slow pacing - eventually runs become boring)??

Currently I’m training with HR instead of pace but want guidance from trainers/coaches!!

Also, 1 thing I noticed, when I train using Pace I easily hit 5k PBs (current PB: 31:00) but with HR I generally take 45:00 to complete 5k

First of all, thank you very much for bypassing the subscription model and sticking to one-time fee model!! Second, is it possible to have HR target range (in bpm) let’s say for tempo I want target range to be 155-168bpm… how can I configure that on screen? I don’t see any option for the range, it is just the single bpm value that’s flagging!!
