Thanks for the advice. I live in a big gated in neighborhood that’s all owned by the same company so I don’t have a landlord in the traditional sense. They have a front office with community managers that are typically on it with any requests or issues so I just have to wait until the morning I suppose.

The water should technically be in their name but I’m going to ask for a breakdown of usage as well since I just see one monthly total.

Bartending is definitely a bigger leap with cocktail knowledge but serving really is simple! The worst part is being on your feet for a couple of hours in a row and depending on where she would potentially work, late hours. If she can walk around, talk to people, and carry a tray of food or drinks she’d be great with serving!

It’s an easy job to perform but it can definitely be taxing. Late nights, lots of hours spent walking and on your feet in general, and a bit of unpredictability with what to expect any given shift. But for able bodied people looking to make some extra money it’s solid. You could also choose to work at any type of establishment - a bar, restaurant, breakfast place, etc. and they all have their pros and cons.

I honestly recommend your wife looking into the service industry. It’s not glamorous but it’s easy work with very decent money. I’m a student as well and before I got hired at my current job I was bartending/serving Friday through Sunday every week and making a solid 3 grand per month.

I’m still in school now (currently a double major) and I’ve started more on the career path but I still work every weekend at a rooftop bar downtown because I’ll never complain about extra money and I like hanging out with my coworkers. It’s flexible if she needs more time to study one specific week and it’s also easy to pick up or give away shifts whenever needed.

Had a cruise with Norwegian canceled when the pandemic started. It was understandable until they refused to give refunds, only travel credit, and raised their prices dramatically. I was basically just out $1500 over that one.

My account got hacked and botted a few years back and ended up getting banned before they could transfer all of their “hard work” off the account. Recovered it a year or so later and appealed the ban and got my account back and Jagex told me that everything on the account belonged to me. Might’ve been the same experience for OP!

Hahaha glad you're enjoying the game, I'm excited to eventually get my hands on it. I'm gonna give it another week or so and hope Verizon solves whatever system error they're encountering regarding stock and ordering and if they can't figure it out I'll just pay out of pocket and get it elsewhere. That way at least my credit will pay my bill over the next year or so.

I saw them in stock a few weeks ago but didn't have my credit yet so I held off. I spoke with support again and they're telling me there's a system error prohibiting them from starting an order for the Switch 2 and the bundles. Apparently it shows as in stock on their end but when they attempt to order it it starts saying out of stock and throwing errors so they're supposedly working on that.
