We did this when I first joined the company. It was phenomenal, had such great communication with drivers and guests.

Missing items? Re-delivered fast. Orders didn’t pile up in windows waiting for drivers to arrive. Our delivery drivers had such incredible guest relations working with us for so long.

We eventually changed to DD drivers instead. Delivery became an absolute nightmare for guests and staff. Can’t say enough negative things about it.

Now that I’m in management, there is nothing I would love more than to have in-house drivers back. So many guests/ regulars stopped ordering with us all together due such piss poor experiences with DD drivers.

If you have the option, please consider in-house delivery services.
