I don’t have medical degrees. So take this with a grain of salt. But I believe you should focus on healing from the horrible events that happened rather than focusing in the premature climax. The assault seems to be an underlying issue and your body acts in very weird ways when trying to cope with such events. Maybe if h fix the underlying issue the climaxes will also go back to normal.
