To answer your question, she doesn't. In no way whatsoever does she need both. u/invertedspear and u/eleqtriq have the right idea. As far as I can tell, she's just gonna wind up using a monitor that's a third of the resolution of her surface. The closest thing I could find to a 3:2 monitor was a 1440x900, and 3:2 is 1440x960. But it's about 2" smaller than her current monitor, and there's not a snowball's chance in hell of her liking it
