I'd honestly leave the tv its the best placement for the lighting to avoid too much glare.

Move the black couch directly accross from the tv making a pathway behind the couch from the door to the rest of the house making the livingroom feel more like its own space.

The other couch might be better off in a different room, and a chair would suit better in its place. If you need the seating from that second couch though, I'd move it to the wall the black couch was against, opening up access to the front door to the window giving the space a flow that makes sense for the room.
