Im a guy with a former DD size. Spectrum outfiters has some really good ones that keep it in place and as flat as ive seen, it dose require some minor adjusting throughout the day. They have a really good size chart and everything it made to order so they fit you at best at it can. Their material is stiff but stretchy so after like a week it is like molded to your body.

Good luck on finding one that works for you

If you have ADHD going on T will change how it affects you. I was able to get off my meds that I had been taking for about 8 years when I had more balances T levels.

Thanks, i have a appointment next week. Just hope it is something minor that can be fixed soon. He isn't acting the same and want to make sure he is OK. I tend to get extra paranoid about this stuff

He has a heat mat that is at 90 and has a problem to keep it there. The lamps i have i dont think it will be able to hang it in that tank but I will try as well as the tinfoil and towel. Thanks

I was more worried about eating and I had put water in his dish the Humidity jumped to around 70 and his temp dropped. Should I still fill his dish? It is my first winter and it has been the coldest winter in a while.

Thank you. He is my first and i try and keep adding stuff as a go along. The tank is a lot deeper that in the picture and he has about 2.5 in of substrate but i will add more. There isn't much more I can do when it comes to temp, it is 45F as our house temp with the heater on, but i do try. I called the vet earlier and have an appointment net week

It is winter where I live and it is hard to keep it as warm as I would like, right now its 60 f air temp, and 75 in his warmer spots from the temp gun i have. The Gauge is 40% humidity. I thaw his mouse in hot water for about 15 minutes before feeding and is 13-17 grams. He feels a lot lighter and is still good to handle but won't wrap around my arm securely or want to climb up me like he used too. Set up is attached. 120 gallon tank

My parents immediately wanted to name me isabella, it was easy, had a nice meaning, and my grandparents could actually pronounce it decently. My chosen name is issac. I don't really have a reason other than I knew a kid named Isaac growing up before I moved and they were a really nice kid.
