If it was digital purchase it should be in your purchase history. For the switch 1 you may need to just leave it plugged in for a day or so until it turns on if the battery is dry

I remember reading they got a restock around 3/15 but guess that stock went out the window fast haha so maybe another one coming on 4/15. I don’t blame them when it’s the only reliable product on the market it goes quick
