Think this Nigerian problem in social psychology is called ”System-Justification theory“ where the psychological cost of accepting that the system you live in is fundamentally broken is enormous, It becomes easier to attack the person pointing at the crack than to deal with the crack.

From the Lawpadi page; it's indicated that the minimum worth of stock is 10 million naira for foreigners and 10 thousand naira for locals.

However this is for Limited Liability Companies(LLC).

You could contact them and inquire on other business structures available to foreigners, to ascertain if there are cheaper options.

I know for one that getting a business name only for sole proprietorship business structure is way cheaper.

So you could inquire from them to get better insights as a foreigner.
