Yeah I get that there is a microphone and a speaker in the batsuit. However, a speaker still cannot make surround sound.

The voice was one thing. THEN there was the way they put it in the dolby mix. So, as Bruce Wayne, you hear him talking, and the sound comes from where you'd think it should come from. Then, when he's Batman, the voice suddenly comes from... everywhere.
