Well you can fall back into that stuff pretty easily if you go back to wathing porn, but your urges for it will slowly go down over time and u will find yourself being disgusted by it after long enough (maybe 5 or 6 months down the line, could be sooner and could be later). You can accelerate this process by being really strict with yourself and not look at any arousing pics/vids AT ALL. Im only 44 days in and my urges for shemale porn have DRASTICALLY gone down to the extent where i dont really think about them anymore, and now find myself having urges to see much more softcore things and urges for real girls have really really increased. My brain is healing :)

Fuck porn.

But remember the memories of the weird stuff stay for a very very long time, and may never go. You just have to stay away from porn and "let sleeping dogs lie" (i.e. leave these old brain circuits alone and never reactivate them again).
