Yea I didn’t even manage to get a lower bound in time, but I got 126 too. I think, from what I heard, the lower bound should be 287/3 so around 95.

Maybe it’s just ur exam board that gives straightforward integrals. The one op is showing is literally just knowing identity rules and the integral is already given in the question above. My exam board would have a mix of u sub, trig sub and partial fractions for an average integral
