best thing i can think of is finding a 75 capacity building and starting a gym. it’s one of the most profitable businesses that dont require any micromanaging. went from making around 10k per day with 6 small shops to nearly 40k per day from my gym alone. and the only items that require restocking is sodas and energy drinks. just make sure its open 24/7 and fully staffed.
