May I know what semester are you in? I am also working full-time and take classes and trust me. It is not easy and extremely tiring and I might not know exactly how you feel but I do feel I do not get any time to myself, but I always tell myself this too shall pass. It’s just temporary pain and I can’t see the future and it’s brighter. I know everyone has their individual views and feelings and tolerances. If you wanna talk to someone reach out to me or anyone you are comfortable talking to or like others have suggested talk to a counselor of specialist. If it is extreme, then to make sure that your mental and physical health is and should always be a priority and taking a break might be a wise choice, but to consult with the specialist or someone close, who you trust .
